Going on long trip, so I decided to change brake pads and put new fluid. They were working fine before change, now if pumped they get firm, travel two feet and I lose brakes!!! Bled brakes several times, still same.

How are you bleeding?
The front middle 2 caliper pistons are linked thru the rear master cylinder
If you have bled all the bleeders on the front calipers have u checked the rear master cylinder level? Try bleeding the rear calipers also

I just lifted front tire and rotated watching brake pad contact. On left side seems like I slightly warped the disk some how and every time warp hits cylinder, I lose brake pressure. Guess I need to replace disk before going any further.
I will check rear brake reservoir before it's all done, thanks for your thoughts.
Jack thanks for your advice. I did check the trike's rear reservoir but it was OK. I did mess the disk when installing new front tire with pry bar. I managed to figure out warp and gently straightened it out, and that fixed my problem. Once again highly appreciative and once again thank you very much for your help.
Strange front brake problems occurred for me after changing pads, however after a few short rides out in the countryside they resolved themselves like the pads needed to seat in or something it also felt like a warped rotor. make sure they are in properly just sayin... Good luck Fred

Now that it's over, funny how a basic job can turn into a head scratcher. Had to back track to when at same time, l also changed out tire and accidentally put down pressure on disc with pry bar. Before I decided to replace the disc I found the warp and gently pryed on disc and the dang thing worked. Thanks for sharing your experience, I'll certainly keep it in mind.
