Lights in vent holes

For those of you that have added driving lights in the vents in front of the rear tire. What did you use? How did you mount them? Did you have to drill a hole in the bottom of the running board, or fab a mount? All help appreciated.

i used two 4x2 inch red LED lights It also helps getting in and out at night
