Is there anyway to reset the Power Vision MPG readings per tankful of gas??? Power Vision says about 40 MPG but quick math on fill-up says low 30's.

If you go to the screen that has gauges, the button to get to the gauges ... there is a Reset Trip A and Reset Trip B. Just like the trip meter on the bike.
If you'r asking about making it more accurate, you can adjust it with Win PV then send it to the bike via load program, kind of a pain, adjust, test, adjust, test, repeat. But it does work. Mine is within like .5 mpg. Unfortunately, it varies greatly with every bike and conditions, like I said ... Pain but it does work.
P.S. I believe changing the PV mpg adjustment number also will affect the "Range" reading on the bike ... since it's all coming from the ecm, never tested that theory.

Well we appreciate and benefit from the knowledge you gained over those miles of PV usage. Got a pdf of the PV User Guide on my tablet, just need to crack it open and start learning to take advantage of its uses.
Know about losses to court judgements...last divorce in late 90's gave two of three vehicles to the second wife. One being an Audi....She closed a door, but God opened a great Window of Opportunity for me!

Well mine was a less than scrupulous "slum lord" for my business ... ended up suing me for $$$$$ and I had to file personal bankruptcy to protect me ... but ... God in His infinite wisdom got me through it and on the other side I was debt free and showed me a path to get back to a Tri Glide ... ... Took three years and many bikes ... but I'm back and loving it.
