As far as i know just a regular mc license.
The only state in which I am aware of this is - the state of Washington
Follow-up is kinda late, but the test consisted of starting, upshifting, downshifting, stopping and a few figure 8s.
Wife passed and has been licensed on the trike for almost 3 years.
