How hard was it to get underneath to the original horn for the wiring. I was told you have to pull off the plastic rock guard on the bottom to get to it. Tomg

Good info! I started to change my horn a few years ago but never did. Just never was a high priority and alway went to the bottom of the list for things to do. You got a good price for yours. Tomg
That was one of the first things I did when I first purchased my Stallion many years ago. I had to remove the shield in front of the engine to access it as I definitely wanted to toss that OEM fog horn that came on it. I replaced it with a Stebel Nautilus air horn. It is compact and will fit in the same location. It is forevermore loud. Here is a link to one like I have.
