Fat front tire on a tri glide
i am sorry if this is a dumb question but i am a trike newbie. just had to switch to a trike due to knee problems.
so is there a problem with fat tire on the front of trikes? like a 180mm?
they ride great on two wheel bikes just wondering how it was and if it did anything to steering on a trike

Welcome to Trike Talk Will! Someone will answer your question. I would think the 130 size tire on the front of a Tri Glide would be plenty of tire.

I'm guessing the wider tire would not be too much of an adverse thing ... you're not putting too much more rubber on the road ... trikes don't lean ... might make the steering a tad heavier.
I had a 2013 Sportster and it came with wide tires [anniversary edition] and it was a job to drop into slow speed maneuvers....Like pulling into a parking space , Or making a left turn from a stop through a intersection.......

+3 on the larger the patch the harder to turn....
My front isn't a 180....but it has a fairly nice fat look to it.

It barely fit in the fender.
