The right front bearing cover came off of my Stallion on the way to the 3 Wheel Rally. I’m here in Spearfish hoping an auto mechanic can fix the Trike. Hate to say this but, every motorcycle place could not help. Fingers are crossed,

Good Luck, Might try a Ford Place, I believe it's a Ranger power plant.
Most of the front end is Ford so any mechanic be able to work on it 🙏

did just the cover come off? does the seal look ok, if it is not spewing grease around it is probably ok. it is just a cover held on by allen screw. paul the tt coridnator in deadwood had his stallion worked on in spearfish but I don't know where. give him a call or see him at tt headquarters
good luck

The dust cover on both sides of the axle are just that! You should see a nut with a carter pin through it which has a washer behind it and behind that is the seal for the axle and bearing. Both sides are the same. So if all is missing is the dust cover, ride on, you don't have any issue. Tomg

Call Pmar. (Paul) 605-520-7570 He is at the rally. His Stallion broke down last year or year before. He got a shop in Spearfish to tow it in & fix it... He is leading the TT TOI rides.
2020 TriGlide Tahitian Teal aka (Hawaiian Hussy). Avon frt & Comfortred rear tires. ProAction frt & rear susp. RZ seat. DK floorboard extension & rear axle retainer kit with EBS, HD pull -back bars. Custom Dynamics front turn signals & Vent grill. All ,HD "Edge Cut " accessories.
I should further clarify that the swing arm is against the seal and caliper bracket which has the outer and inner grease seal as wel as the bearing. The outer cover is only a decorative cover for the axle nut and end of the axle. I have known many who were missing both axle covers. Tomg

Ditto Dragon's comment. I am of Paul Harvey vintage. I want to hear the rest of the story. Me thinks you just lost a dust cap. I did the locktite treatment to mine years ago.
Well, no go on the mechanic so, I’m going to drive it back to Denver and hit the caliper seal with Lithium Grease every stop I make. I love the Stallion but, this lack of proper mechanical help is ridiculous! Time to start thinking about a trade.
All,
Sorry for the long response time. I did make it home with no incidents. As TOMG stated, it is the outside dust cover on the right side of the front wheel. I had this same thing happen with my first Stallion. That repair place is now closed in Golden. Also, as TOMG stated, riding does not seem to have any effect or cause any damage. It just looks weird seeing that ring off the side.
Again, I'm sorry for long response. with the way the world is right now...screw it! I'm still out riding! TOMG? I have your number and I'll give you a call!
Thanks all,
Doug (Pooh)
Glad you made it home safely. I don't know anything about a Stallion so can't help you there. Thanks for the update.
