Anyone recommend a driver's backrest for my 2019 Triglide? Looking at an Ultimate Seats backrest but know there are others out there. I don't mind paying a little extra for quality and comfort.
Thanks!

I have had the HD one and it is really comfortable. Awhile back I needed one for a new bike and bought a Chinese knock off for $65. It feels the same but a few months ago I stretched back into it and broke the plastic insert. I was able to fix it and reinforce it with a pipe of aluminum .. so I understand the whole "ya get what you pay for" thing.
I got a Grasshopper for my 17 Freewheeler & love it. It's a great product at a fantastic price.

2017 Harley Davidson Freewheeler (107 cu.in. vivid black).
I have had a couple of Mustang seats with their backrest, a HD Sundowner Seat with the HD backrest and an Ultimate Seat with their backrest on various bikes. Overall I like the Mustang seat and backrest best. It is what I have on my 2015 FW.

I have the Harley adjustable backrest on my '15 with a Zeppelin seat, I like the adjustments up or down and forward or back, it's very comfortable.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting...Holy Sh!t What a ride!
I've never really tried any others with my Harleys. On my Ultras and my two Trikes I just had the regular adjustable ones. On both my Trikes the DW insisted on the wrap around leather storage case (goes over the driver's backrest) so she would have a place to put her phone and sunglasses.

I have had the HD adjustable backrest on my 17 since it was new.
It works great and being able to move it forward and back as well as up and down makes long trips that much better.
I usually keep it low and a little forward but if I know I will be doing a lot of turns I will move it more forward and all the way up to help with the turns.

I have the HD adjustable backrest on my TriGlide with the stock seat. I agree that being able to reach down and adjust the backrest angle while driving or stopped is a real plus. I have had an aftermarket backrest on my '17 FLSTC and it was OK...just not on-the-fly adjustable.
