Discount ESP

In Dec 2018 Discount ESP was offering a ESP that was too good to be true. Turns out it was too good to be true. I purchased a 5 year plan at the unbelievable price of $1098. In March when Board Tracker HD closed I was getting nervous that the ESP would not honor a claim if I needed it. I decided to cancel the ESP contract before it went into effect and purchased a ESP through my local HD dealer. When I cancelled the contract with Discount ESP they said there would be a $50 cancellation fee. OK, I agree with that, just send me my refund. Then I was told they would prorate the contract in the amount of $70. WHAT! How do you prorate something that hasn't even gone into effect. OK, just send me my refund. Then I am told it will be 30 - 60 days to process the check. TWO months to write a check? OK just send me my refund. Two months pass and no refund check. Emailed Kathy Arquette at Discount ESP and inquired about my refund. Kathy told me they found a problem in their system and have corrected it and I should expect my refund soon. Another month goes by and I again email Kathy. This time she said she had my refund RED FLAGED and it will be sent out ASAP. Not long after that I found out Jim Palmer left Discount ESP soon after Board Tracker HD closed and is now with another ESP company. Another month goes by and I again email Kathy Arquette. This time I get a reply from Eric Pomeroy. He identified himself as president of the NOVO Family of Cos. He said he was made aware of the problem with my refund and he was stepping in to handle it and he would contact me the next day with a conformation of the refund. A week goes by and nothing from Eric Pomeroy. I again emailed Eric and this time he says "Good News, your refund has been processed". Three weeks later still no refund. Now I just find out Eric Pomeroy is (was) the owner of Iron Town HD in New Berlin, WI and another HD dealership that Harley Davidson Motor Co shut down for the same reasons it shut down Board Tracker HD. I don't expect I will ever see a refund. If anybody has a esp with Discount ESP I wish you luck.
