Jeffery, I can't help you, but I can welcome you aboard. I think high way pegs are strickly based on personal preference. If you are short you need different pegs than a tall person in order to be comfortable.

Welcome to the Gang from Western Colorado.

As for high way pegs, Kind of depends on you leg length, where you want your legs to sit ... bent knees, straight legged etc.

Harley makes at least three type of mounts ... and most pegs to match what boards you choose.

I'm about 6'0" and like to ride with my legs fully extended (both knees replaced) so having tried all these and a couple aftermarket, I like the Just mounts ... put my legs at the right spot.

Hello!

:wave4:Jeffery, Welcome from SW Arkansas.

Some good suggestions given on hi-way pegs. I've found that whatever hiway pegs and mounts I use, the greatest comfort over the long hauls comes from having Heel Rests.

Welcome to the forum from Western Pennsylvania I installed long highway pegs and magnum foot rests travel safe I use them all the time I positioned mine so I can keep my heal on the foot board and toe on the foot pad or go entirely on the highway pads. Really make a difference in felt heat in slow traffic or long runs on hot days.:good: travel safe Fred
