Any good Honda mechanics in Massachusetts?

I recently had a bad experience with the local Honda dealer. Completely mis-diagnosed my bike apparently because they didn't want to take the time to work on a 22 year old Goldwing. I ended up ordering a new trike to be built thinking mine needed thousands of dollars of work and Honda doesn't make parts for the GL1500 anymore. That's actually true for a lot of parts but I found they're all available through Amazon or Ebay. I ended up fixing the bike myself after doing some research and talking to a couple of people for advice. Cost me $50 and took a half an hour. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good mechanic within driving distance of Massachusetts. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I know exactly who you're talking about. He's not the one I'm talking about in my most recent experience but is one of the reasons I'm looking for a new mechanic.

I just found a guy in Williamsburg Ma. He works out of his home garage, and so far I love his work...

look up Berkshire Cycles (google) in Williamburg MA..

I'm picking up my bike just this morning,

He's replacing air filter, clutch fluid, and a bad sensor for me...Price was very fair.....

I feel your pain having to deal with the guy in Keene. Been there, done that, never again. I'm enclosing a link for a great shop in New Hampshire. I know it's a bit of a hike from where you are but if you ever get up this way or you really need a solid crew to work on your bike, this place is it. The techs are skilled in all make of trikes so no worries there. I brought my Hannigan there last year just to get the driveshaft greased and not only did they go to the trouble of taking it out and inspecting it while doing the lube work, they checked out everything underneath too. Reasonable priced and Shawn (owner) was great to deal with.

Thanks. I'll check them out. I've been contacting several bike shops. Naults of Wyndham, New Hampshire says they have 2 Honda Red (whatever that means) certified mechanics. 1 is supposed to have 18 years experience and has also built trikes. Keeping my options open. Thanks again.

Nault's in Windham does very impressive work too.

They built my friend's 2018 Hannigan and did a great job, I'm currently negotiating a deal for a 2019 with the CSC Encore conversion. We'll see, hoping it comes to fruition.

I just got off the phone with someone named Ken in their service dept. He seemed very knowledgeable. I didn't know they built trikes there or I would have checked with them before I bought my 2017 Roadsmith. Apparently the company they buy their triple-trees from got a batch of bad bearings lately so he's helping me with having it replaced under warranty at Nault's. I made an appointment with them and he pointed out a couple of maintenance items I didn't know that needed to be done. They sound legit. After the places I've dealt with lately, there'e no place to go but up! (I hope!!)

I've had the trike back for a couple of weeks now with no problems. So far, so good for Nault's of Wyndham.

It's a 3.5 hour drive from my home, according to google maps.. (ouch) Not bad if it's a quick fix and come home, BUT if I have to leave it, find a way home, and then return to get again............GULP!!!
