Bought my 2018 new from the dealer. They had put on a few mods, probably at no cost to them since they didn't charge me for them. I love my triglide. First mod, as most will say, was the lift kit and shocks. It's still a bit of a rough ride over big bumps and RR crossings. But it is a sweeeeet ride. I'm hoping that there will eventually be a bigger fix for that solid axle feel. If you decide on a tri glide... work the dealer over hard. They will not be your friend and if you try to be friendly with them you're only screwing yourself. Do more than one test ride. Go home and think about it. Then go do another test ride. Pay attention to the route they take you on. Where I bought mine the test ride was escorted by someone from the dealer. I had to ride "their" route. Probably to keep me away from the rough roads.

Long story short. I would do it again, but I would work the suspension issue first. Good luck.
