I have Jason's fans also, it's a shame what happened, we may never know the real story. Mine have been running strong for 20,000 miles and when they go, not sure what I'll do.
My Wards fans quit back in the Spring. I've looked under every rock and in every corner trying to find Jason to see about getting some new fan motors. No luck. I have his personal email....does not answer. His website is gone. Only thing I've found concerning him in the past few months is Love Juggs suied him over some patent issue. He's also changed his phone number. I don't know if he's even still in Arizona.
Does anybody know where I might find him or a supplier for the fan motors he used??? Talked to a fellow from Canada this past week in Sturgis that was pulling his Love Juggs of because they had burned up also. He'd had them just over a year.....hummmm 1 yr warranty you say. So guess the hot shot Love Juggs aren't so wonderful as they think they are.
Any ideas ???

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting...Holy Sh!t What a ride!
I would go to love jugs. I had wards way back when they first came out. One fan burned up the first month. He sent me another fan. Got a couple of years out of them and went bad again. Got love jugs about 4 years ago and have no issues. My current bike I put them on used (off my previous) and have rode 50k miles with them without issue.
See the owner of this site PAPA ZOOK ad on main page (CUT-N-SHOOT CUSTOMS) for a great price on Love Jugs.
Stallion #406 // 2013 Tri-Glide
I had a Wards motor go bad on mine this Spring also after four years.
Papa Zook told me they were computer fan motors. The first one I got was the wrong size, I had used the number etched into the plastic center piece of the blade assembly (PBT-GF-15-FR).
I found the correct number under the silver heat shield from the back side. It is QFR0612UHE. Brushless and splash proof. The size is 60mm X 60mm X 38mm. I found it on Ebay for around $50.
It was square like most computer fans. I used a belt sander to (carefully) sand the corners off to the correct diameter. I soldered and heat shrinked the wires going into the tube.
Not many months on it yet, but so far so good. I would suggest checking your motor number in case he used different motors over time. Save the silver heat shield to re-use on the new motor.
