Leather seat cleaner, restorer or what ever
My new to me Jeep has leather seats ... a first for me.
The drivers seat has a little wear ... like kind of dry looking compared to the passenger and rear seats.
The dealer (an indy) recommended Skidmore's Leather Cream. Any thoughts???

I have "normal leather cracks" ... does it restore or just protect?

Normal leather cracks are desirable......It gives the leather character....I Bought My leather Motorcycle jacket in 1998.....And it has years of character ....Its a shame i can't wear it in my Slingshot........

Why? Don't say the Slingshot isn't a motorcycle.Its a shame i can't wear it in my Slingshot....
Not that, My jacket is a Heavy leather real motorcycle jacket [Water buffalo hide].....Its cut long [Below the belt] The sleeves are extra long so when on a bike holding the bars it covers my wrists ....And there is armor sewed in the elbows' Shoulders and the back...So that makes it uncomfortable sitting in a seat and holding a steering wheel.....On a bike its great, Slingshot overkill....

So I don't kidnap a thread, can you start a new thread on the Slingshot? You know, the regular interest stuff, comfort, storage I'm aware is a problem, getting in and out, do you ride two up, do you service it, if so how difficult? If you think of anything else, just throw it into the post. If I've missed your remarks on the SingShot, just redirect me. Thanks.

A friend of mine gave me a half used jug of these ... said he uses them on his saddle (horse ... this guy makes John Wayne look like a millennial ... LOL). He told me to just wipe the seats down and let it dry/soak in ... we'll see ... did a small section that's "kind of hidden", looked good when I did it ... I'll check it this morning to see how it looks ...

+1 Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner user for 20+ years. When I'm traveling, I have on occasion used my boot care products, Bick 1 Leather Cleaner and Bick 4 Leather Conditioner with good results.

Where I tested ... it came out well ... did the rest of the front of the jeep after I bowled ... I'll do the back tomorrow.
