Passenger arm rest recommendations

I am looking for recommendations for passenger armrests for my 2015 Tri glide. There are a lot to choose from and trying to find out which ones are more practical than the others. Thanks!

I installed the Rivco armrests for my wife and she really likes them. I didn't like the cup holder on the armrest so I installed a cup holder that clamps to the passenger grab rail. I didn't care for the Kuryakyn armrests because they don't have a way to lock them in so they don't swing out when riding solo. Let us know what you go with.

Through the years we've put arm rest on BMWs, Goldwings, and now HDs. Her favorite is Kuryakyn Passenger Armrest with cup holders. Momma's happy, everybody's (meaning me) happy:-)

I put the Kury armrests on my 2016 TG, but I first took them to an upholstery shop and replaced the hard plastic top with a padded leather surface. Much happier better half.

When I bought my 14 Tri, it came with the Harley Armrests. I don't need them be eventually kept them to help hold the Pet Palace on.

They are stout to say the least. They are easily adjustable as to how easy or hard it is to allow them to push out of the way to facilitate getting on and off the trike by the passenger. I love the little storage area under the pads. I keep my credit card in the left one while on a trip and that makes it easy to get to at fill ups. Also, I have the Kuryakyn tour pak adjustable relocator and if I push the tour pak to the rear, I can easily remove the 4 screws holding the armrests on and remove the arm rests. The brackets stay there, but, are hardly visible.

The only negative I have found is the pads tend to "spin" around. I talked to the service guys and they where clueless. A discussion with the parts guys led me to a "repair" kit that replaces the two "gears" (Harley's words not mine) and the 4 O-rings that hold the pads on. I did order this kit and for $20, it did stop the spinning for awhile. I found that in 4 months, they were free ranging again. Since I don't have a co-rider (well, except my little buddy Harley), I put some Silicon glue into the "hole" the pads fit into and that tightened them up nicely. Maybe not a good fix for someone with a human co-rider, but, worked for my needs ...

Rivco on our 15 for 3 years. Wife loves them and never an issue.
