He goes on trial here in NH next month.
More than likely he'll get his trial delayed and after several unnecessary further delays, he'll be offered some sort of plea bargain that'll spare him a life sentence.
If anyone killed was a friend or relative of mine, I'd be screaming to beat the band against any "cushy" punishment for the perp.
He knew he was driving dirty on drugs, and on a license that should have been suspended, so he doesn't deserve anything special or reduced when it comes to sentencing...
