I wouldn't be too disappointed with Teresa for not listing your particular brand of trike. There's quite a few different makes of trikes/conversions and many that are custom made that will be at the rally. To list them all would be quite a chore. I must admit I was rather surprised that she listed the Vanderhall. Maybe it's because I'm promoting our rally rather heavily on their FB forum site and I have dedicated my ride event to include them as well as TrikeTalk members.

Gale, you'll probably be the only one that will have a Victory trike at the rally and Chuck, now that I sold my Stallion, there's a good chance that yours will be the only Stallion trike. Rather than feeling insignificant, which you both are not, take pride in your ride's uniqueness. I want to thank you both again for your continued support of the rally and especially for being a participant in my meet & greet ride/luncheon event.

You're asking a question on a thread that has to do only with "Updates to the 2020 6th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally". My Meet & Greet/Ride/Luncheon Event has its own thread. It's titled/billed as "2020 TrikeTalk - Vanderhall Owner Forums Meet & Greet/Ride/Luncheon Event". So to answer your question, it's a get-together for members of BOTH forums since I'm promoting the rally on both forums. Members of both forums are equally welcome. BTW, I hope to visit the Vanderhall factory in Provo, maybe next year or the following year. Remind me to ask for your address, as I may stop by to say hello and take you to coffee/lunch.

YOUR OPINION MATTERS!! In 2019 the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally produced its first professionally printed event guide. It contained the schedule of events,write-ups about different activities happening throughout the week, info on rides, ride maps, the poker run sheet, ads from our sponsors and vendors and more. Tomorrow I meet with the company that lays it out and prints it. Is there something else you would like to see in that publication for this year's rally?

The Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally poster is here!! If anyone can assist in getting them to the dealerships in your area that would be great! Send an email to teresas@firstgold.com and let us know how many you want and where you will be dropping them off so we can avoid duplication. This year's event (as you can tell by the poster) is dog friendly and we have some really fun things planned for the week! We will be revealing more about that soon!

The numbers are solid for this time of year and we encourage anyone planning to attend to get registered. Teresa announced: The 6th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally Trike Show n Shine categories and criteria has been updated on the website http://www.d3wr.com. We have several new categories (including the most filthy.) The show n shine, a two hour event held on Wednesday, July 15th, is a wonderful way to bring attention to the diverse array of trikes in attendance while competing for awards. We will be working on a photo background to get some great shots of you on your trike before you head down to Deadwood's Historic Main Street to compete. If you want to participate (and to help us plan), please check the "show n shine" option on your registration form before submitting. Got questions? Wyndam hotel chain, just sent out an email,about ,"if you needed to cancel" guide. I remembered Host hotel is now Wyndam. Hope your right ,but, I doubt this is going to be over by then. I hope it is as we have a 6500 mile ride planed for mid June. Have had 2 "gatherings" cancelled for Trike Talk already.

Teresa made the following announcement: In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have received emails wondering if the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally is still going to take place. The answer is YES. The July rally is months out yet, however, please know we are not taking this lightly. We will be carefully watching to see if the virus is subsiding or getting more aggressive. Mike and April, the founders of this event, would never put anyone's health in jeopardy. In the event of a cancellation, the $40 registration and t-shirt money will be refunded in full.

While we wait, please do your part by practicing social distancing and being a good neighbor. We will be doing the same but will also be lining up great rides and rally events for you to enjoy when this pandemic is over. See you in July!
