Discount ESP Management Change.....
John Mesich is now listed as a Discount ESP Service Contract Management Specialist.
Jim Palmer has a new business called Motorcycle Agent. He has partnered with two (2) Extended Service Plan companies and now offers ESP's that are not connected to any Specific Dealerships or Manufacturers, and has a plan that cover bikes with approved and properly installed Aftermarket Upgrades . He also offers Insurance Coverage for all types Motorcycle and Powersport Vehicles.

I cancelled my ESP with Discount ESP in January, still waiting for my refund.

Refunds should take no longer than 10 days to process. You will want to reach back out to Discount ESP for an update. One of program's (First Extended) benefits for the dealership, is the money stays in-house. This allows for quick turn around for cancellation refunds. You can also call First Extended directly if you can't get through now that the dealership is closed.
