In my many years of bike building, to date, unfortunately there is no one stop shop for custom built VW trike parts that I'm aware of.
That front end almost looks like a factory Harley Springer setup. I'm almost 100% positive they don't make or sell any parts to change trail on their units.
If you are dead set on changing the front end geometry, you'll have to fabricate any parts to accomplish what you're after.
There are several good parts suppliers for aftermarket stock and hotrod VW engine parts online.
These suppliers are discussed on several threads on this site, if you have time to search them out.
Is that what you're working with as pictured, or are there any body parts to cover the frame/wiring in front of the seat?
Good luck on your project...
Isn't it weird that in AMERICA, our flag and our culture offend so many people...but our benefits don't???
Most of the discount places are just parts sellers. Not a whole lot of tech help there.
But there is a couple places with tech help. My favorite is John at aircooled.net. Then next is CB performance. I hear Chirco is good at it also. Then there is Mofoco and Roy......but he ain't no southern gentleman.....he is hard to talk to without feeling offended......but he knows his stuff and will go to great lengths to help you out.
Thanks guys, trying to figure out the Frankenstein I have here. I need to get push rod tube seals and oil filter and oil
