I would love to do that ... I'm not very good at fabrication ... and much worse at tricity .. but. alas ... it's getting harder and harder to get away. Mom is not nearly as independent as she once was. I'm thinking I found a nurse who will check on her in April ... but she has her own family to deal with. A husband and a teenage son. I am planing on asking her "sparingly" so I don't wear out my welcome.
As for looking
Guilty. And ... look what I just found out opened in my town a month or so ago.

Having a dealer in town makes this more interesting
A very large part of me would love to be back on two, but:
Cons
1) Not Sure I want to take on that big a purchase as a second ride
2) With the "bionic knees", I "know" they could handle that, but, "not sure" they could handle that ...
it's a confidence thing
3) there is great peace in knowing the knees don't have to "handle that"
4) The magic garage is woefully empty of Indian Stuff.
Pros
1) Although the blue isn't making my heart sing .... it's definitely making it hum a lot ...
2) It already has a Rhinehart tru dual system with 4" slip ons and a stage one air breather.
3) I've peaked at my buddies Roadmaster, and I believe the highway pegs I have and the tour pak relocator will work on it, maybe a little mods ... that gives me room for Harley's Pet Palace. The trunk is removable, so, might not need to.
4) Kind of miss the smooth effortless touring on a two wheeler, although the FBG is dialed in pretty well and I can do 500-600 miles a day. depending on the route, maybe 700.
I did have one more sorta crazy idea ...
... next October/November, tear the FBG apart, all painted parts off ... take them to Counts Kustoms, let them paint them ... while that's happening, check the FBG out front to back and make a few upgrades, mini apes, axle bearing cap upgrade, oil cooler and filter relocator, maybe a rake kit ...
... at that point, I'd never get rid of the FBG ... I'd have too much of me and money into her .. LOL ... that would be a great time to do ceramic on the new paint too ... assuming you can do that soon after painting.
So ... I've been keeping the "mind at bay" with working on apps for my phone ... but even that gets old.
Was gonna go on a ride today, but, alas, this happened, not exactly a "White Christmas" and a day late, but, just enough to make me not want to take the black trike out ... the White Jeep looks bad enough ... that's her I took the picture over. I went to Einsteins for coffee and a bagel.
With the typical sunshine we get after a snow skiff, the roads were wet and muddy.
