To date, the following members and individuals have requested to participate in the event I'll be hosting, during the 6th Annual 2020 Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally, scheduled to take place, July 12th - 17th, at the Deadwood Event Center, Deadwood, SD. As earlier announced, I am limiting the number of participants to 25 individuals, to keep the event manageable and for safety reasons, as there will not be any "blockers" at intersections. The event will take place with a preliminary meeting at 8:45 AM, Deadwood Event Center, July 14th. If you should have any questions or comments, I prefer that you PM me rather than use this forum. To date, I have 11 individuals that will be joining my Meet & Greet/Ride/Luncheon event, during the 2020 6th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally, on July 14th. Tomorrow, Jan. 19th, I'll be giving the details of LEG #3 under the thread explaining the event. If you haven't been following that thread and interested in what it's all about, I'd recommend that you refer to it at least on a weekly bases.

Again, I must remind everyone that I will be limiting the number of participants to 25, which will be on a "first come, first served" bases. I'm half way there, so don't wait too long, as I expect these vacancies to be filled rather quickly. If interested in joining my Meet & Greet/Ride/Luncheon event and you have pre-registered for the rally, simply give me your full name and those in your party, everyone's TT screen names (if applicable) and each participant's state. You may reply to this thread or you may simply drop me a PM.

My email address is at the bottom of this post. This event will include a ride through one of the most beautiful areas of the Black Hills. The ride will include a couple stops for photos and briefly for refreshments, before ending with lunch. The event should last approximately 4 - 4.5 hours which includes the lunch, which starts at noon. Hope to see you on the ride!!!

I have 12 vacancies left to fill before the previously mentioned date. I expect that these will be filled soon, so I'd recommend that you assure yourself and your party a spot now. Just 17 more days till my Meet & Greet/Ride/Luncheon event and I hope you're as excited as I am and to see many of you again that participated in the event last year. When I initially started this event, it was dedicated in favor of the members of this forum, an opportunity for us meet, socialize and share our mutual interests. Since becoming a "Vanderhaller" and a member of their forum, I extended an invitation this year to its members as well. To date, I still have a few vacancies left for individuals to join. I feel that some of these vacancies will be filled by "ride-ins" the day of the event. For those of you that have a spot, if you have a friend that will be attending the rally, whether or not they are a member of these forums, I encourage you to offer them my invitation to join the event. I will need their full names and their home states so that I can add them to the list. If not on my list, the vacancies are open to a "first come - first serve".
