I have a Ventura. What is a good method to jack the rear and place some stands under it? I tried my car floor jack, but the trike kept tipping to one side or another.

Are you want to get the tires off or under it for service? If under it I made a set of ramps for all three wheels with the ramp part being removeable for better access. I drive it up on them and do what I need to do with no jacking up, safer to.
cut out three (3) 4x4 12inch blocks , and place one under each tire..........(after jacking it up)

We bought 2 sets (4) ramps total of plastic made car ramps from Napa for our Chevy diesel pickup for servicing it in our garage. We use 3 of these ramps when servicing our Honda Trike. One front and 2 for the rears. Line them up and drive up on them. Lots of room to do your servicing under the trike.
Also use all 4 when servicing our Polaris General.

Just ran across this Cross-beam attachment for floor jacks; should be perfect for jacking the rear of the trike.
