For sure. Left one is nineteen weeks out and doing well. Doc says it will continue to improve and may take up to a year for it to reach full potential. But both are good enough that I'm not restricted in doing anything I want . . . well anything within reason for a guy my age, lol.
Hope you get to ride that new Triglide soon.
Still have a good deal of swelling and still working on knee deflection,112 degrees under pressure and 106 pulling it back on my own.Therapist wants me to cut down to once a week sessions for the next 4 weeks. My main concern is that i can get back on the bikes, but everyone heals at a different rate and as long as i'm making progress i will be happy.Good luck on your recovery and take care of those knees.
Steve I hope you get there very soon. I've been very fortunate in that I was able to get to 130 - 131 deflection on both knees within two to three weeks after surgery. Not without pushing it to the limit but I got there. It was more difficult to get knee to fully straighten especially on the right knee and that is so important for walking. Got the left knee to -2 degrees and the right to 0 degrees. Don't want the knee to not fully straighten for sure.
I call my PT guy 'wilo' - that stands for walk in, limp out, lol. Seriously he did push me but never to the point it was painful, just a bit uncomfortable and he really knew how to judge what I could do.

Glad to hear you are getting better
All for now Trampas
Glad to hear you're feeling better, the knees will get better with time. Your body will let you know if it's too early to ride.
I had both knees replaced last year. I was able to ride 12 days after my left TKR, took 30 days after my right TKR.
