Nice find. I was going to the local flea market yesterday and look for treasures, lots of rain so no treasure hunting.

No longer riding, memories, memories
Picked up this old folding hunter for a steal... original owner had stored it away for many years. Used and sharpened but very well cared for considering the age of the knife.
Tang stamp chart dates this one from 1930-40
Will only do a light cleaning and oiling, hopefully maintaining the natural patina of the knife

Nice find Randall!

KA-BAR folding hunter, cleaned up and oiled, no polishing whatsoever
... it's not a show piece but a honest old survivor

Have a 30+ year Ka-Bar hunter fix blade . Called K-Bar for a Left handed sheath . Came to the conclusion even with all the liberal horse shit , that we are still mutants .

Frankie, there still some people that make left handed sheaths. ETSY has a bunch, this one has an option for left or right handed ones. Might want to check out some other sellers on ETSY.

Well, hush my mouth and call me mutant.
I've been left handed my whole life (so far).
I can shoot either handed but prefer handguns left and long arms right.
And I overcame the dreaded right handed scissors.
I learned to play musical string instruments right handed because of all the great instruments I couldn't play if I could only play lefty.

The pictures posted weren't exactly the best, listed as a vintage hunting knife, $40 with free shipping and free returns
Yep, totally worth it!
Marbles Gladstone 8" blade, stag w/ stag pommel - 4 pin, 1/2 inch brass pommel nut, original sheath. Doing some research now but estimated 1919-40's before the change to three line stamping post war
Minimum use, and only needed some light cleaning to knock off the surface rust.
Wow... I'm blown away by this one !
