Why don’t Doctors get sick ?

Hospital staff is never sick ? Which leads me to wonder if there is a miracle drug out there that is only available to medical field members ?

If. It was available to the public , would the doctors go out of business?

Will the hospitals close up ?

Obamba care be just consitered a car wash ?

No one would ask you how your feeling ?

I have a lot of family in the medical business. They do get the bug, some will stay away from people until they get over the infection stage, others just push thru and no telling how many people they pass junk off to, that almighty $$$$ keeps them going.

The Flu is a variety of strains.....An as such Doctors and Medical Personnel are in contact with most of them and they have worked up an immunity to most of them...Whereas you and i haven't had that luxury.....

Sometimes when you are at a restaurant if you ask for a soda, The server will ask you is Pepsi OK?...

I guess they worry about how Pepsi is feeling........

During my three or so years of medical "Issues" from the "Shark Bite" through 2 knee replacements, and an infected "spit gland", I'm guessing I had 4 or five appointments cancelled because the Dr. was sick, and maybe 4 or 5 times I saw a PA or in the case of therapy, another therapist because my therapist was sick.

So yep, medical personal are not immune to illness ... there is no "magic potion" they take. Personally I believe my Ortho Dr, was just playing Golf ... I suspect this, because before my knees got really bad, I used to play with him ... quite a few times. Matter of Fact ... I gave him grief about blowing me off to play ... ... I once told him he should see his doc, he's been sick a lot in 3 something years ... ... In hind sight ... maybe not the smartest thing to say to a man that has a habit of cutting me open.

-Achilles Tendon repaired ... twice (after repair the tendon grew past the damaged bone and the damaged bone came loose bone and was causing pain, so it was removed)

-He was consulted during the surgery to repair the "shark bite" for possible bone damage

Both Knees ... replaced

Left Rotator Cuff repair

He's been brought in 6 times in 22 years ... or roughly every 4 years ... maybe he's made enough $$$ off my body by now
