Cass County Chopper manuals

Hi everyone, A friend of mine has a Suzuki C50 Boulevard motorcycle with a Cass County chopper rear end, he was riding it last weekend when the bike stopped working, We have started to dismantle the rear end and it appears the differential has failed.

I am completely dismantling the trike kit (as several bearings on the drive shafts appear to have failed also) but noticed there are several spacers on the left hand drive shaft with the letter R stamped on them (for me this means the parts should be on the Right drive shaft not the left!!).

I am concerned that whoever fitted the kit originally has assembled it incorrectly and that might be the reason the differential housing failed (could also be due to the collapsed bearing on the drive shafts!), so I am trying to find a manual for the trike kit to understand how it SHOULD have been put together.

It seems that Cass County Trike ceased trading in 2018, so I wondered if anyone on here had a copy of an assembly manual for ANY cass county trike rear end that I could look at?

Jack, I reached out to Trikes By Design, and they where kind enough to respond. They said they tried one kit but where not very impressed by the quality (which surprises me as the parts seem well made) but the biggest issue was that the company had no idea about customer support, so they decided not to ever use those kits again, so one and done. He wasn't able to help me with my issues.
