I spoke with the service department today and they said that the accessory plug under the side cover is hot when the ignition switch is on and off when the switch is off. It is also hot when the ignition switch is in the accessory position so I could turn the engine off and keep the fans running if I want.
That's right!! Whenever I return home and my engine is hot, I leave the trike at the front of the carport with engine off and fans running with the switch in the accessory position. Helps to cool it down quicker before moving it to its spot at the rear of the carport where there's less air flow. Plus, the quicker it cools down the sooner I can get it all settled in with the cover on a cool bike.
