A clever reuse of existing switches and their mounting, will definitely save time when rewiring.

Wire wheeling the frame today and weighed it. Complete frame with front forks is 320 pounds!

Got the frame painted. What a pain. cleaned and etched the frame with phosphoric solution, cleaned with paint prep solvent, primed with epoxy primer, spray painted the blue with Rustoleum, and brushed on the white as it will be covered with white sheet metal. The blue came out a bit rough even though it went on well and was glossy. But when it dried it deteriorated a bit. Oh well I'm not making a show bike worth $20,000. I've got a bit over $3,000 in it now.
