Over the last week or so I installed the Khrome Werks 2+2 handlebars on my trike. I replaced the upper hose on the front brakes and the clutch hose. What a freaking mess for those banjo bolts. The front brake hose banjo bolt is a 10 mm 12 point, the banjo bolt on the splitter block on the lower tree is 12 mm with a 14 mm hex, the clutch side is a 10 mm bolt with a 12 mm hex. Got it all back together today, but still think I have a little air in the clutch hose. For all you Harley mechanics when you squeeze the clutch lever how much movement should you see in the clutch basket? I'm guessing that I have 30-40 thousands movement. Haven't measured it yet. In my garage, I'm getting a little creep with the clutch pulled in.
