who are the texans around here? i am in san antonio. we gotta get a ride put together.

Our farm is in east TX and we ride a lot in the area when we are home. We are going to be heading south for the winter and will be at a Thousand Trails park at Medina Lake sometime around Christmas. We are looking forward to riding the hill country. Steve is the driver, I am the co-pilot, also the computer geek. Layne

There are a bunch (technical term) trikes in the Republic of Texas and the ride you crave has already been put together. Some 35 trikes will gather at the Whitten Inn in Kerrville on the afternoon of October 23 for a few days riding, kicking lies and telling tires in the Hill Country. The biggest contingent will be from Texas but there will be trikes and their riders from parts East, West and Nawth.

Come join us.

Steve and I are on Hwy 19 between Palestine and Athens. That's not exactly "close" anywhere else except TX! We are in Virginia right now, but will be back in a couple of weeks and will be ready to ride. Do you go to Edom to eat?

We usually go the other way from you--Longview Texarkana and also Shreveport.
We did go through EDOM last year when we were exploring Canton "First Monday".

It's Nov.. 2nd and I just now noticed "Texas Trikers, please stand up". Wish I had seen it earlier, I live in Frisco, north of Dallas, and love to ride the Hill Country. Would have joined you all in Kerville if I had known about it earlier.

Ride a Stallion and love it. Next time there is a ride or gathering I'll sure try to make it.

</div>Last count today Apr 6 and there are more than 60 trikes and 97 people registered for the Trike gathering on Apr 15- 19 in Kerrville.<br />

I live in Copperas Cove, TX and we have a slew nother technical term of GL 1800's here. At least 4 including me whom I ride with. <br />

Thanks Nana, I forgot to mention that I did test ride a Spyder a few months ago and it was a blast! I am looking to get on a standard trike to try it out as soon as a used one pops up at a local dealer or private seller.

Thanks tmigala, I noticed that as well and I started a thread over in the Honda Trike section asking anyone if they had a 1100 Motor Trike Conversion. I am planning on calling them this morning - great minds think alike huh?

Retirement home just 8 miles south of Henderson off 79. Just had my Wing Triked in Troupe 16 miles from house, and been loving it ever since.
