New throw out bearing installed correctly. Hydraulic clutch adjusted correctly, but the clutch sticks in the engaged position intermittently. Anyone have any thoughts?

Hi, could there be something sticking or wrong in the master or slave cylinder? Does the pedal go down but the clutch doesn't disengage? Maybe splines worn on the trans. shaft or clutch plate?
If it is sticking down at the bottom of pedal stroke I would think mechanical binding of the throwout bearing or levers, if at the top of pedal travel, I would look for hydraulic return issues. make sure brake master piston is returning fully and not blocking fluid return to its reservoir....ie linkage adjustment.
First thought is......
are you over traveling the pressure plate?
A diaphragm pressure plate can be pressed too far and knuckle over.
