Is the rake torque correctly? Papa Zook has stated it shook be torque somewhere around 40ftlbs. Secondly, is your front tire cupped?Originally Posted by Captsewer

What make and model trike do you have ? What air pressure are you running especially in rear tires ? Are rear tired balanced ? Need more info ?
