Well i changed the oil today, what a mess. going to start saving for a oil filter relocation kit.

In the mean time ... get a silicon baking sheet .... slip it under the filter and let it drain into the silicon then into a pan. Not perfect, but, pretty darn good compared to nothing. I got mine on amazon, like $10-$15.

I second that!

I have the DK oil cooler and relocation kit and its kind of fun to listen to all the fans going off at stops and mine doesn't! I also use the finned cleanable oil filter, it takes a little more time to clean but worth it! No spilling no fuss; no going after another filter any more!
