Even with the strict gun laws we have here in Canada, I've been a recreational shooter all of my adult life. I needed a way to combine my passions so that I could enjoy them both during the short riding season in Northern Ontario. Over the course of last winter, I built a carrier to carry a specific gun case for 2 firearms. I had a spare "draw bar" so that's what mounts the carrier. I flipped it over to give me some height. The carrier is made of 1" aluminum scaling bar and attached to the draw bar by 6 3/8" bolts thru a piece of 1/2" X 2" flat bar bolted to the draw bar. Today, I went to the range with the trike to try it out. Worked perfect!!! Here's a few photos:

This is the basic rack:

What are you shooting?

Let's see some targets.

Looks really good ... just keep it balanced so you don't get side to side stresses. I once made a 3 ball bowling bag rack for the bike ... lots of drama .. 3-16# balls flopping around back there.

I shoot anything with a trigger!!! These days, mostly 45-70. I have a Pedersoli Sharps, Pedersoli Rolling block, Browning Hiwall, Ruger #1 and a Marlin Cowboy all in 45-70

Centerfire .22.... Custom Ruger #1 in .223Wylde, several 22-250's Several mundane calibers.....308, 30-'06, .303BR, 7.62X39, .300WM

I like to play with paper patched bullets in .30 & .45 cals.

I swage handgun projectiles for my 629, using .40 S&W brass. For my 686, I use shortened M-1 Carbine brass to make .358" bullets.

Some .429" bullets from .40 S&W brass and some .224" from .22 Rimfire
