A question: I have a 2008 c50 Tramp Trike. I can only get about 120 miles on a tank of fuel when the motor shuts off but when I fill up I still have over a gallon of fuel in the tank. Is there something that can be done so I can get the use of my full tank of fuel. My wife and I love the trike but we have to keep watching the fuel gauge and worry about finding a gas station. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, ride safe.

First Monte Welcome to Trike-Talk.........Me not knowing much about the Tramp, I would think the fuel pickup is too high in the tank.... Also Does/Maybe the Tramp has a petcock..?
And if so when it runs out of gas are you flipping it to reserve...

Welcome to Trike Talk Monte!!! Tank not venting properly?Spec show a 4.1 gallon tank.I'm not familiar with that bike especially in trike form but I don't think your far off.Most trikes seam to avg. 30-35 mpg.Some will get better.

Monte, Welcome to Trike Talk from West Virginia.
Your Trike (C50 Tramp) is Fuel Injected and does not have a petcock.
It does have a low fuel indicator light though.
Since you don't mention that light coming on, I would think that the pickup or something related to the in-the-tank fuel pump is not properly positioned.
The pickup could have a crack in it allowing it to pull air.
Did or has this Trike been sitting ?
The Green Fuel in use today causes major problems with plastic, synthetics and metal parts.
It also attracts moisture causing corrosion within the tank and those parts.
I would look into the fuel pump for the problem.
