I guy I know has a trike with a front and rear DVD player . His wife watches movies on the right side arm rest and the GPS on the left , when she is not doing that she reads or knits. I AM NOT kidding
Someone asked me today if I had a TV on this bike...lol, so I asked if they thought it was a good idea and they said absolutely...go figure :banghead:

Years ago, I put my elbows on my husbands shoulder on a long interstate ride, rested my head in my arms and fell sound asleep, going about 70 mph. He noticed when I started falling off the side. I did wake up in time, but he never let me put my elbows on his shoulders again. From then on he knew I fell asleep when my helmet hit his. That is one of the reasons I now ride. I am absolutely alert when riding on my own!
Gloria had me put a power outlet under the right speaker on Her Purpleness so she could plug in her portable DVD player. Freeway running is boring enough for the pilot, moreso for the passenger. Get a lot of looks from folks passing us.

My late wife would sit back there and read, also more then one time she would fall a sleep.

My late wife and I rode to Homer Alaska from the Seattle area back in 92. I don't think she saw much of anything as she slept most of the way. This was on my GL 1100, I put arm rests on it so she wouldn't fall off......
I remember seeing a VCR for sale years ago for inside a sidecar. The really interesting ting was that you needed a remote to operate it.
Wifey says the ride reminds her of the years she sailed with me on tankers (In the British Merchant Marine, captains were allowed to 'carry' wives..in those days). So the trike lulls her to sleep. Works for me!
You dont stop riding because you're getting old. You get old cause you stopped riding
