Clutch cable second seeps more like barely but it does collect dust sort of... not dry for sure. run it and watch it. Fred

# 15 is the clutch cable seal on the tranny trap door cover, it will leak oil. I doubt the oil could leak up as far as the cable adjuster. Wipe it down good, run it and recheck the leak
