I have a 2010 Tri Glide and I am trying to install a HD Coolflow fan. I am having trouble getting it around the exhaust. I have tried from both side and cannot figure out how to get it in place. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Can't help with that fan, I went with the Luv Jugs. And a few other options to cool the beast.
But, I'd like to Welcome you to the Gang from Western Colorado.
Do you have any issues with the Jugs blowing hot air on your right leg?

This is the 1 item I let the dealer install because they needed to program they needed to program the computer so the fan settings would show up on my speedometer digital display on my Freewheeler.. Ensure you have the correct fan as I believe there were 3 different versions.

Let me speak to your question, no I do not feel hot air blowing on my right leg. The only time it even comes close is stopped with motor shut off then you can feel air blowing but you can get off if you choose.

I think I may have figured out the issue. After looking at pictures of 2010 Tri Glides online I noticed they all have the header pipe curving in front of the transmission. Mine curves behind the transmission. I am guessing the previous owner installed a different exhaust so I guess I am out of luck installing the fan, I did some measurements and I just don't see anyway for it to fit. I may be looking at the Love Jugs next. Thanks to everyone for their responses.

You shouldn't have any trouble installing Love Jugs. They mount ,left side about the horn area. Welcome to TT
