Hello Fred, from numerous events I had attended or set up, I would recommend that you avoid holiday weekends as everybody and their brother are looking to probably stay where you set up. Start your stay on a Sunday as most leave to go home and the rates are best from Sunday to Thursday nite and it also takes less vacation time for the complete trip. I've been setting up Sunday thru Thursday events and have had the best turn outs. Just my 2 cents. Tomg
With the current state of affairs I have not proceeded with any planning. Also with out communist governor I can not in good faith invite anyone to Communist ruled Pennsylvania. As a matter of fact I would love to move out.

Maybe get a couple local PA guys & see what ya come up with. I know before Fred passed he was thinking of hotels in State College ,but cant remember rides he was working on around the area. I think 3-4 day rides in the area. Seems there were a few who were interested. I know we were going to sign up. Let us know if you get something .
