Never felt any fork flex in mine, before or after triking. Never felt the need to waste the money on a fork brace.
Wondering how many use a fork brace on their GL1800? Could you tell any improvement?

We put a Super Brace on both our Voyager 1200 2-wheelers, and now on my GL1800 MotorTrike.
Stability is particularly noticed when slow driving in/out of an uneven driveway/street edge but also adds a secure feel on the highway that had not been noticed as being insecure before. No more front end wobble as you go over the driveway edge at slow speed.
As with everything else you will get differing opinions...this is mine...I truly appreciate the fork brace.

YES, I do have a fork brace on my 1800................I had it on before the trike build, and it's still on.............. To be truthful, I honestly have no idea if it's doing anything to improve the ride or not...
Let's just say that I'm not having any problems with the front end.............
Wish I could have been better help with your question.........It's been on since I purchased this bike brand new (2010) so I have really no idea how this bike ever felt w/o a brace installed.......
