I've been using GoPro's for years ... I usually purchase them after a new one comes out ... price goes way down and the warrantee is the same ... I have two and mount one up front and one in the rear. Both can be started and stopped from a single remote. Most of them (newer than the 4) are waterproof now which is helpful on a motorcycle ... you will get wet.
