Tri glide lift kits

I have read this along with other posts about the tri glide suspension. They are all very informative. I have a 2016 Tri glide UC and definitely want to do something about the ride and to help stop my wife from going "umph" every time I hit a bump, Lol. I have done some research on the @DK Custom Products rear suspension and comfort lift kit. I have also seen that headlight adjustment is needed, to the point of maximum adjustment, when installing this kit which makes sense with my knowledge and experience with modding cars and trucks.

My question is: Which front suspension kit will work well with the 14" rear kit to either mitigate or reduce the amount of headlight adjustment needed? The main headlight really is a none issue but readjusting the passing lamps is somewhat more difficult.

The washer fix that Fearless explained has worked well for some that needed it.

Regarding the front suspension, there is a Test Report at this LINK that shows many different options that work well. I prefer the FST option. It is the best bang for the buck. You can see them HERE.

I also have tested the front suspension kit from George that Fearless mentions. It provides a great improvement over the stock front suspension. But like Fearless, I get a clunk out of it on a regular basis...until George gets that figured out, I would not recommend it. To me it is very irritating. I may get it more than Fearless due to the roads in my neck of the woods.

Possibly the roads are the difference remember old Shiney has the skinny legs not the latest and greatest. I occasionally get a little noise with my impaired hearing it's not a problem for me. I talked to George and as the weather permits he is testing a fix for the issue. Travel safe Fred

when was it you talked with george.... dj called me when they were at sturgis ,said he would call again when figured out. kinda forgot about it as bike is not being used and i cant do much anyway. another 9 days in the sling and sleeping in the chair. pulled all the staples out after one week so healing great.

about two weeks ago I sent him a message on their website and he responded to me with an update snow storm was moving in delayed testing. Think of that I'm considering calling him today for an update. Glad you are recovering well I'm sure you are a good patient LOL FRED

I just called Pro Action and they are still testing different designs to eliminate the noises. I have been told it stems from a washer with not such good tolerances trapped at the bottom of the forks. However they are not going to stop till they get it resolved. FYI. Fred. Get the ones from DK Customs. The instructions are very thorough. The will make a positive difference in your ride. I put them on my '17 and it steers much better than it did before the install. I also like not dragging my mufflers pulling out of driveways.

I have purchased a 2016 TriGlide in Oct and have been thinking about ordering a lift kit and shocks from DK Customs since they get great reviews. You said that it steers your trike much better. Does it make it easier to steer? I am trying to adjust to the trike came off of a Ultra limited. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
