As in the past, here's the thread that you need to respond to to assure your spot in the event. I'm limiting the number of participants to 25 individuals to keep it manageable for safety reasons and because I must make our luncheon reservations well in advance. To participate, you need to have pre-registered for the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally, signed a hold harmless agreement, prior to the event, give your full name, the full names of those in your party, each individual's TrikeTalk forum screen names (if applicable) and each individuals home state. Burnerboy, I'm sure you have heard it said that it's not the destination but it's all about the journey. But this is not entirely true when it comes to attending the 7th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. The destination, aka the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally, is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. In your case it's a bit of a stretch miles wise, but I guarantee that you will not be disappointed once you arrive for things to do and places to see. You won't find a better place to ride in the mid-west than the Black Hills of SD. Beautiful scenery and many attractions. I'm proud to announce that I met my goal to have 25 individuals to participate in my Meet & Greet/Ride/Luncheon event, which will be held on July 13th, at 9:30 AM, adjacent to the Days of 76 Museum at the Deadwood Event Complex (DEC). Again, my event is to acknowledge the members of this forum and the Vanderhall forums, to share our common enjoyment and love for the freedoms of the road, our experiences and friendships. Without your participation, this event would not be possible. Until we meet on the aforementioned date, place and time, I wish to thank each and everyone of you for accepting my invitation. Hi Paul,

You can tell your friend Mark that he's welcome to join us, however I can't guarantee that he will be able to sit with our group when we meet for lunch at Cheyenne Crossing. Although his name will not be added to the list of participants, as I met the number of participates that was my goal for the event, he's welcome to join us!
