Important: rooms in Maggie Valley

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

If you are looking for a room for the rally, call the Maggie Valley Ramada Inn directly at: (828) 926-7800

There are still at least 15 rooms available to our group at the price we have guaranteed since last summer. Tell the desk clerk that you are with the TrikeTalk rally June 23-26 and want to put your name and credit card # to guarantee a room. They will assign you one of these 15 rooms.

Please do not try to book these on line! The rooms are held for our group only, and the online reservation operators do not have access to these rooms and will show that there is nothing available. The on-line reservations are central and nationwide, and the hold on the rooms is local to this motel only---you must call the motel directly.

I would like to track the remaining available rooms, so if you call and reserve one of these, please let me know on this thread. It will tell us how many/few are left at this host motel. Thanks for your help with this!!!

The "registration" info is in the post above. There will shortly be an announcement about the Saturday afternoon cookout/picnic on the Museum grounds, so keep an eye out for that. There will be a reasonable fee to cover the basic expenses of the food, and instructions for payment will be included in the announcement.

We booked the entire Four Seasons Hotel before we left last years Rally (its only 20 rooms) and we reserved 50 rooms next door at the Ramada at the same time. We also have quiet a few camping spots booked. It sounds like things are filling up fast in Maggie Vally so PLEASE book a room at the Ramada or another hotel in Maggie Valley ASAP so you can join us for this great get together. Be sure and tell them you are with the TrikeTalk Rally so you get the discount!

You'll be meeting some of the finest folks you've ever met and you don't want to miss this. Lifelong friendships will be formed. Great Rides, fellowship, food, more vendors are signing on and our host, Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum is a must see! We will be posting other hotel options for you on this thread should you need a room.

Wow that came and went quick. The Four Seasons has been sold out since the last day of last year's rally...we re-reserved the whole hotel!
