I like the look of Mick-O-Pegs BUT quality workmanship is expensive. Since I am riding a TRIKE not a motorcycle, is there a more affordable option? Honestly, for a TRIKE, something like this should be around $100-$120.

I have Kuryakyn pegs on mine called switchblades. They look like a regular fold up pegs but have an additional fold down heel support. I don't remember the cost as I have had them on a couple bikes for many years. The heel support really helps with comfort. And on a trike it doesn't matter how close they are to the ground..... Jim

I had the switchblades on my Wing too. The heel part holds the foot on the peg so there is no fear of the foot sliding off the peg and therefore there is no constant muscle input to keep the foot on the peg..thus tiring your leg muscles...and they fold up so nice and neat when not in use.
Just checked the Kuryakyn site: On sale $130-154 right now.
