I just picked up a copy of Baggers Magazine at the grocery store and included in the plastic bag was a copy of the premier issue of American Trike Magazine.
According to the editorial, they intended to make it a twice a year issue, with the next one scheduled for July, but they also said they'd gotten a good response and might put the magazine out there on it's own.

I couldn't find any information in the magazine itself, other than it is part of Source Interlink Media. It's not even shown on their list of motorcycle magazines.
I sent a letter to Baggers telling them we were interested in any information about their new magazine.
I'll let you know if I get any response.
