Wondering what everyone is using for rider backrests.
I really liked the Mustang backrest I had on my Roadglide, but Mustang doesn't make a mount for the trike. Anyone know of a similar backrest available with a mount for trikes.
Thanks

If you are speaking of a driver backrest check out Utopia.
I have had one on each of the last 3 bikes I have had and now on my Spyder. Very nice.
I actually bought a Show Chrome backrest first this last time and regretted it immediately. The pad was way too small and the storage pouch that fits behind the pad was way too small.

I have a Corbin Ultimate seat therefore a Corbin driver back rest. All one piece. Love it. Adjusted full forward. I can reach the bars while sitting full back against the back rest.

Since the front half of a TG is the same as the Electra-Glide Ultra touring bike it's seat will fit on a trike. When I traded my 2014 Ultra for my 2020 TG I had the dealer switch the seats so I could keep the backrest.

While it does not specifically list as fitting the TG it does in fact fit just fine. I ordered the Mustang Driver Backrest Kit from revzilla.com last summer. I got the Vintage Smooth w/o studs. Revzilla p/n 949704, Mustang p/n 79610. They also offer with studs (chrome or black) and 'quilted'. Like another poster said - the TG is the same as a two wheel bagger as far as the seat area goes. Fits great and works great with my Mustang heated seat which was bought a couple years earlier.

I just installed the Grasshopper backrest that DK describes. Comfortable and IMHO the best bang for the buck.
2 weeks ago I had the standard H-D backrest installed on my 2014 with Road Zepplin seat.

I too, after Kevin recommended it, ordered the Grasshopper rider backrest and was impressed with the quality, fit, finish and price.
It looked great on the FW & performed very well.

I have had the same backrest for over 55 years. Still soft and comfy.
