My husband is one that this statement is written for. At 61+ he races 2 hour hare scrambles, dirt bike rides when not racing, (despite numerous broken bones,) mountain bicycling, runs, and looks longingly to replace his Yamaha VMax with the newer higher performance one. So far I have won that discussion. (I always joke that he did not have a mid life crisis because he does not know that he passed midlife a while ago...)
