It Well Be A Stallion!

Today I met with one of the leading shoulder specialist in the midwest. He well perform surgery on my shoulder but cannot tell me which procedure he will perform until he opens up the shoulder and sees it first hand. No matter which procedure he does the best I can hope for is about 40% use of the arm. Considering how I cheated death I can live with that.

Now since I know this, I can say with 99% certainty that I will be purchasing a Stallion this fall or winter. So you an expect to see more of me on this site as I look for unique ways to personalize my Stallion.

I'll be asking a lot of questions and in return I offer my knowledge and experience with GPS's. I have a rather large data base of rides and points of interest (POI) for most states and I familiar with most of the popular programs and web sites for Windows and MACs. I personally have Garmin Zumo's on both my and my wife's bikes, a Garmin Nuvi in the vehicles and a Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx handheld for everything else.

So I look forward to sharing information and I hope to go look at a Stallion first hand next week.

Yeah! That is good news on your shoulder! And also good news that you can move ahead and plan to be out riding again very soon. Have fun shopping for your new ride, and do keep us all posted.

Our prayers will be with you on your surgery. I know the thoughts of that new Stallion will help you to get back on track in short time. Let us know how it goes and we'll all be right here when you're ready....:)

Hoping the best for your surgery and for a good deal on a stallion
kodiak:cool:

Thats great knews see the percentage is already improving with just a thought of the gleam of the stallion in your eye. Stay Postive it helps a lot. Good Luck.

Oh and Iowa already got to see a white blase trough your state last Aug.

You will be in out thoughts. Good luck (I would have said break a leg but you are past that lol)

Tomorrow I'm going to look at a used 2008 Stallion. I must admit I'm anxious to take it for a spin. I finally got my shoulder surgery scheduled for Dec 9th so if all goes well it should be just finishing Physical Therapy just about the time spring arrives.

Great news, Oldmanwheeler! Dec. 9 will be here before you know it, and then Spring. Keep us posted on how your test drive and search for a Stallion goes, and our prayers will be with you in your surgery.

Good luck on the surgery! I am located in the suburbs of Chicago and if you need to test ride a Stallion I would let you use my 2009 Stallion. Let me know. Welcome back NANA & BEN O..Charlie D.

Charlie my good friend, You responded to a 6 year old post. That's what you get for being on the forum at 1:30 in the morning.

I did that about a year ago but the funny thing was after I did several others added to the post also. My problem was it was only two in the afternoon when I did mine.:D
