Found my first tiny chip in on my fairing of my 2020 TriGlide (River Rock Gray and vivid black). Like everything HD looks expensive . Anyone with experience on paint pens (for River Rock Gray)? Be Safe BK

I have no experience with paint pens, have always used the bottle with the little brush inside, now for my red truck depends on how big of a chip, have had good luck using a toothpick and have also used a q-tip, just dap a little off the brush. Have did the same on my concord purple road king also with good results, so far on my 2018 black triglide have not had to use the bottle yet, basically I'm using the bottle from my 1997 softtail and I had to do quite a few chips on it, did the same as the truck, toothpick or q-tip depends on the scar then after drying put the clear coat on it that come in the kit from harley.
Just letting you know how I did it on several vehicles/bikes, let us know if you use a paint pen, curious how that works out for you.
All for now Trampas

Thnx ., it is a very small chip. I like the toothpick idea. I have not got any paint yet. Be safe BK
I’m
A picture of the chip would be nice. Sorry I'm terrible at fixing things like this. I Have a rock chip on my vivid black rear fender so I installed the fender bras for my trip. Now I have a rock chip and scars from using the fender bras. So I'm interested in your results.
